Processing Time

Orders are processed immmediately after payment confirmation.

Public Holidays Should the Store be closed, on official holidays or Bank Holiday, orders received will be processed on the following business day for in-store pickup or delivery depending on your fulfillment option.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.

1. Delivery Zones & Scheduling To ensure your items arrive fresh and on time, we operate on a tiered delivery schedule across Qatar:

• Zone 1 (Central Doha): Includes West Bay, Al Sadd, Bin Mahmoud, and surrounding areas.
  • Delivery Time: 24 Hours.
    
• Zone 2 (Greater Doha/Suburbs): Includes Al Rayyan, Al Wajba, Lusail, and Al Thumama.
  • Delivery Time: 24–48 Hours.
    
• Zone 3 (Outer Regions): Includes Al Khor, Al Wakrah, Mesaieed, and Dukhan.
  • Delivery Time: Scheduled 3-Day Window (Please refer to the Pickeasy calendar at checkout).

2. Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your specific Zone and "Drop Pin" location.

Snoonu Send is available as a delivery option if you prefer and your area falls within Snoonu's delivery scope. Once your order is received, we will add the Snoonu Send fee, add the amount to your invoice together with the tracking number. Your order and delivery will be sent once we have received payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp/email/SMS. Please ensure your "Drop Pin" is accurate to avoid delays if it is a delivery order.
