Processing Time
Orders are processed immmediately after payment confirmation.
Public Holidays Should the Store be closed, on official holidays or Bank Holiday, orders received will be processed on the following business day for in-store pickup or delivery depending on your fulfillment option.
Delivery Times
Within the Doha greater area (Zone 1 & 2), delivery for orders received on the day by 5 pm will be made starting 5 pm. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. We will provide tracking information/confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Rates
Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.
1. Delivery Zones & Scheduling To ensure your items arrive fresh and on time, we operate on a tiered delivery schedule across Qatar:

Zone 1 (Central Doha): Includes West Bay, Al Sadd, Bin Mahmoud, and surrounding areas.

2. Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your specific Zone and "Drop Pin" location.
3. Fast Delivery via Snoonu Send
If you require fast delivery, Snoonu Send is available as a delivery option if you prefer and your area falls within Snoonu's delivery scope.
Upon Checkout, choose "Pickup in Store", and pay your order. Please proceed to arrange Snoonu Send to pickup your order at our store.
Do not forget to inform us your Snoonu tracking number for your order to allow us to prepare it for pickup.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp/email/SMS once your order is being delivered. Please ensure your "Drop Pin" is accurate to avoid delays if it is a delivery order.
