Section on: Location Accuracy & PinPointly To ensure the fastest possible delivery, Marisco Indo Market utilizes PinPointly for precise location mapping.

  1. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate "Drop Pin" during the checkout process.

  2. Inaccurate Pins: Marisco Indo Market and our delivery partners are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrectly placed pin or an inaccessible location (e.g., gated compounds without access codes provided).

  3. Redelivery Fees: If a driver is unable to locate the delivery address due to an inaccurate pin, a "Re-routing Fee" of QAR 10 may apply to the second delivery attempt.

  4. Freshness Guarantee: For perishable items, Marisco Indo Market cannot guarantee product quality if delivery is delayed beyond the initial 60-minute delivery window due to location errors on the customer's part.
