Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Zones & Scheduling To ensure your items arrive fresh and on time, we operate on a tiered delivery schedule across Qatar:

• Zone 1 (Central Doha): Includes West Bay, Al Sadd, Bin Mahmoud, and surrounding areas.

  • Delivery Time: 24 Hours.

• Zone 2 (Greater Doha/Suburbs): Includes Al Rayyan, Al Wajba, Lusail, and Al Thumama.

  • Delivery Time: 24–48 Hours.

• Zone 3 (Outer Regions): Includes Al Khor, Al Wakrah, Mesaieed, and Dukhan.

  • Delivery Time: Scheduled 3-Day Window (Please refer to the calendar at checkout).

2. Delivery Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your specific Zone and delivery location you set.

3. Order Tracking Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or email. Please ensure your "Drop Pin" is accurate to avoid delays.

4. Weekend & Public Holidays Orders placed on Fridays or holidays when the Storeis closed will be processed on the following business day.
